Notable Projects

St Patrick's Cathedral in NYC is one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. When a failing HVAC system required replacement, the Archdiocese selected a standing column well geothermal system.

Geothermal system for building retrofit.

The Darien Library is approximately 65,000 sqft and serves more than 350,000 patrons each year. When the existing HVAC system was in need of replacement, a geothermal system was engineered by Dave Hermantin, principal of DWH Engineering. 


In 2010, the building achieved LEED Gold Certification.
